fundexHeidi directly oversees all aspects of the sales team at Fund-Ex Solutions Group. She has over 25 years’ experience working with entrepreneurs, from the development, training and lending platforms. She has worked directly with the SBA for training not only entrepreneurs but also bank personnel on government lending products and services. She has started two government guaranteed lending bank programs, one with a small community bank as well as one at a savings and loan organization. She has experience with using LSP’s as well as obtaining PLP and developing a stand-alone platform. She has been directly involved in government guaranteed lending bank originations for over 10 years in various roles. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing policies and procedures for the sales platform, creating equitable compensation plans for the sales team, collaborating with credit administration for implementation of solid portfolio origination and servicing. Ms. Whitesell has extensive experience with training and development as well as program advocacy serving on numerous boards that support and promote the continued growth of government-guaranteed programs.

Edwards & Sons (1999 to 2008), Wells Fargo Advisors (2008 to 2014), and Oppenheimer & Co. (2014 to 2017). Chris focuses on helping individuals, foundations, endowments, trusts, and corporations with wealth management services, including retirement and insurance planning as well as estate planning issues.

Chris earned a B.S. in Business Management with a Minor in Finance at North Carolina State University in Raleigh in 1997. He also holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 31, 63, and 66 securities licenses as well as his life, health, and variable (including annuities and long-term care) insurance licenses.

Active in his community, Chris serves on the board of directors for the Greensboro Natural Science Center, where he is a member of the finance committee and an endowment chair. He is also an underwriter for “Men Can Cook” and contributes to Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro, which is a triad nonprofit that serves women in need of support.

Carmen also was the winner of NLRB Labor Law National Negotiation Competition for the State of New Jersey in 1990 and is a graduate of the Sidney Reitmann Labor Law Inns of Court. Following graduation, Carmen served as a first judicial law clerk to the Hon. Eugene H. Austin, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, in Bergen County.

Carmen is licensed to practice law before the Courts of the States of North Carolina and New Jersey and is also admitted to practice before the United State District Court, for District of New Jersey and United States Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.

Retired from the U.S. Army after 23 years of active duty service. He began a new career as a Financial Advisor in June of 2007.

After 9 years of performing as an advisor, he was promoted to the District Advisor, where those responsibilities included the managerial aspects over the European locations in Germany, Turkey, Belgium, Holland, and Italy.

After 2 years of supervising Financial Advisors overseas, Luke returned to North Carolina with Mass Mutual, where his focus, as an Advisor, is to help guide families, and business owners in their pursuit of financial freedom, and security.

Luke’s Passions are helping people and playing the sax. If he’s not doing one, then he’s doing the other.
